By accessing this website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

By providing your contact information, you express consent to receive communications from the Campaign.

• Emails: You agree to receive campaign updates, newsletters, and solicitations. You can opt out at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link in any email.
• Calls: By providing your phone number, you agree to receive calls (which may be autodialed or prerecorded) regarding campaign updates.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes related to supporting the Campaign. You may not:

• Use the site to transmit "spam" or unsolicited bulk communications.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website or its security features.
• Impersonate any person or entity associated with the Campaign.

In accordance with Maryland Election Law, all campaign materials, including this website, are authorized by the Campaign.

The Campaign provides this website and its communications on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any errors or technical interruptions. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

Bobby LaPin for Baltimore sends text messages to supporters to provide campaign updates, volunteer opportunities, event invitations, and donation asks.

By providing your mobile number and checking the opt-in box on our website, you provide "prior express written consent" (as defined by the Maryland Stop the Spam Calls Act) to receive recurring automated text messages from the Campaign.

• Consent is not a condition of any purchase or donation.
• You are consenting to receive messages specifically from Bobby LaPin for Baltimore.

The Campaign will send no more than ten (10) messages per week. Message frequency may increase briefly during the final weeks leading up to a Maryland primary or general election.
