I’m a veteran with a radical hope that government can actually work for the people — not the corporations and the politicians. I’ve believed that my entire life.
I was born in Baltimore, and this city taught me what service, hard work, and community really mean. Ask anyone what their favorite part of Baltimore is, and they’ll tell you: the people. And we the people deserve better.
I’ve worn a lot of hats — firefighter, soldier, teacher in a freezing Baltimore classroom, and national security professional. And right here on the harbor, as Captain Bobby, I built Sail Local — a veteran-owned small business proving Baltimore is more than what the media or this president says we are. Different jobs, one mission: help people and defend what matters.
My wife, Alicia, and I have built our lives here. And despite the constant attacks on Baltimore, we’ve seen something powerful: when neighbors stand together with honesty, humility, and heart, there is nothing we can’t do. But somewhere along the way, too many politicians forgot about the people. Decisions that should be made for us are too often made about us — behind closed doors, by lobbyists and career politicians.
That is not democracy.
And in a moment when our democratic institutions are under real pressure, defending democracy is not optional — it’s the job.

We need leaders who listen, who tell the truth, and who put people over power. Leaders who actually show up, knock on doors, walk these blocks, and understand the challenges working families face every single day.
Healthcare is a right — not a privilege. People deserve housing they can actually afford. Every child deserves a school with clean water, safe buildings, and a fair shot — no matter their neighborhood. I will work to lower energy costs for families and fight the unregulated expansion of data centers that raise bills and strain our grid. And I will fight for term limits — because no one should make a career out of representing the people. Public office should be a privilege, not a profession.
And when a president who wants to be a king threatens our home, I’ll stand up and fight with everything I have — just like I always have.
Working people deserve more. I know that firsthand — because I’m one of them.
The machine may have money and influence. But we have something stronger: each other. And together, we can take back our voice.
This isn’t just a campaign. This is an opportunity to lift Baltimore higher — to bring courage, compassion, and community back into the work of governing.
Real leadership means listening. It means showing up. And it comes from neighbors who refuse to give up on each other.
I’m ready to bring that spirit back to Baltimore with you — and to protect the democracy we all depend on.
Baltimore deserves a voice that cannot be bought, silenced, or ignored. So let’s get started.

That means you are the engine of this campaign.
If you can, chip in a few dollars to keep this fight going.
